note about japanese food

lovin’ asian and japanese food right now; I’ve been trying to perfect my 1337 stir-frying skills lately. turns out that the soy sauce I bought a while ago has alcohol in it, even though it’s not listed on the label. bleah. stupid soy sauce. why can’t I find an awesome brand of soy sauce that isn’t made with alcohol? seriously. you can’t exactly make a lot of japanese food without soy sauce. and now I’m going to be paranoid about checking where the soy sauce comes from every time I pick up a box of sushi. oh yeah, and I failed at life by buying a bottle of dumpling sauce yesterday without checking the ingredient list, and it’s made with sake. it’s also got “ethanol” littered throughout the ingredients list. lol i fail. stupid gyoza sauce. I wonder how I’m going to get rid of it all now…
