ever find it difficult to sleep nights? sometimes I have to drag myself over to bed to avoid burning the midnight oil til ungodly hours of the morning. meditation seems to help. hmm, gotta blog about that. I need some clean-up in aisle blog for sure. bleh. there are things to do all around me, screaming to be done. sometimes I think my whole environment is yelling “KLEEN ME” back at me. maybe I’m just nuts. stuff, stuff, stuff. paper, computer parts, spare change, CDs, random junk. all over the place. I’ve got enough trinkets in boxes to warrant having a garage sale—maybe I should heed the advice of friends and get some help sorting through them. people always find it easier to throw out other people’s stuff. anyway.

hahahhaaah i’m tired and I’m hungry
but then I also need to lose some weight don’t I? lol. I am gonna take a nice long bike ride tonight and get all the nasty bugs outta my system and work my abs and thighs and calves and bulls and sheep.
